If we do not maintain a guarantee of effective working periods in that month (as defined by us), you may contact us and request a credit back from your service fee in such months. Credit can only be used for purchase of additional products or services from us and excluding potential taxes. The guarantee of effective working periods does not include any failure of service incurred by (1) maintenance or repair according to the period of time we may perform from time to time.
